Performance reviews, recognition and anonymous feedback all lived in spreadsheets. Leadership had no reliable view of who had been recognised, why, or what employees actually thought, and no way to prove any of it.
What we built
Achievement engine: employee wins are submitted, approved and scored by configurable rule-based weighted points, with targets and monetary value attached to each achievement.
Live leaderboard with a top-three podium, reward tiers, rank changes and full history, driven entirely by the rules engine rather than manual updates.
Anonymous feedback module with a happiness index, plus LLM-generated themes, summaries, trends and recommendations. Every feedback run is retained in history so results can be compared over time.
Eight report types with Excel and PDF export for leadership and HR reporting.
